Customer Service

Stührling’s Customer Service department will be closed on Monday, May 21. We will reopen at 9:30 AM EST on Tuesday, May 22. We will respond to emails and messages received during this time once we reopen.

Online Orders

The processing and shipping of all online orders will follow our normal schedule, except at follows:

  • Orders received after 12 PM on Friday, May 18th will be processed on Tuesday, May 22.



Orders received by 2:00 p.m. (ET) Monday through Thursday will ship on the same business day following approval by our fraud detection system. On Friday, our shipping cutoff is 12 p.m.

Free Domestic Shipping

We ship all domestic orders free via UPS. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Expedited and overnight shipping is available for an additional fee at checkout.

International Shipping

We are proud to fulfill and ship orders around the world via insured DHL and USPS. Shipment arrival times vary by country.

Please note that Stuhrling is required to declare the retail value of all items in shipments, and your shipment may be subject to import fees upon arrival in the destination country. Any incurred importation fees or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
